Bios:
Stephen Smith
Stephen F. Smith joined Vaco in June 2006 and serves as director of financial recruiting for our Central Florida offices. He has over a decade of experience in the permanent placement and recruitment of accounting and finance professionals. A former recruiting manager and top producer for an S&P 500 publicly traded company. Stephen placed professionals in full-time opportunities and consistently ranked among the top sales professionals in the organization earning Chairman's Club Sales and President Club Awards. Stephen earned his bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University, in South Orange, New Jersey and his master's degree from the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He lives in Central Florida with his wife and three children.
Timmy Rupeiks
Timmy has been a part of Vaco Orlando for three and half years and has been the top business development producer in the Technology division for the past three years. His hard work and dedication have allowed him success in numerous industries like biotech, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, to name a few. Previously, he worked for five years for a statewide non-profit organization promoting and recruiting for a network of non-profits through the placement of recent college graduates in positions such as Immigration Attorneys, Paralegals, Social Workers, Teachers and Health Care Workers. For the three years prior, he worked for an international non-profit in Peru, South America. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University (cum laude) , speaks Spanish fluently, and enjoys playing music, reading and playing sports.
