(Applications Due: May 11, 2010) The U.S. Office of Naval Research (ONR) is seeking proposals for its Electronic Warfare Technology program. The goal of the program is to control the electromagnetic spectrum by "exploiting, deceiving, or denying enemy use of the spectrum while ensuring its use by friendly forces." Applications are due by May 11, 2010.
