DOE has released its Annual Phase I solicitation for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs as part of its plan to distribute funding received through the Recovery Act. Proposals will be accepted addressing 10 clean energy topics described in the announcement. Eligibility is limited to U.S. small business concerns. The deadline for submitting proposals is Sep 4.
