Invitation to Free Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights

INSIGHTS FOR EXPORTERS:
A GUIDE TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
August 28 • 8:15 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. • National Entrepreneur Center Orlando
• Free

The majority of a company's value isn't in what it does.  It's in what it knows and how well it's known.  For example, you can make a great widget but if no one knows it's your widget, they don't know to come to you to buy from the best!
·         Trademarks and Service Marks: words, phrases, symbols, etc., that identify the source of the goods and services in commerce.
·         Trade Secrets: recipes, pricing methodologies, marketing strategies, etc. -- things of commercial value that are not widely known.
·         Domain Names: a identification string that defines a realm (presence) on the Internet, such as www.export.gov.
·         Copyright: website content, graphics, print and television advertisements, music, artwork, etc. -- creative expression.
·         Patents: inventions and improvements, as well as ornamental designs.

Come learn what makes YOUR company so valuable and how to protect what you’ve got in our increasingly global world!
