Medical Imaging will take place 9 –
14 February 2013, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Lake Buena Vista
(Orlando Area), Florida. This multidisciplinary, internationally
recognized conference offers cutting-edge research and development
in medical imaging. Technical Conference topic areas include: physics of
medical imaging; image processing; computer-aided diagnosis; image-guided
procedures, robotic interventions and modeling; biomedical applications in
molecular, structural and functional imaging; image perception, observer
performance, and technology; advanced PACS-based imaging informatics and
therapeutic applications; ultrasonic imaging, tomography and therapy. New this
year is digital pathology. This year’s featured Plenary Speaker is Geoffrey D.
Rubin, M.D., George Barth Geller Professor of Radiology and Bioengineering ;
Chair, Department of Radiology Duke University Medical Center. His topic
is: “Critical Path Technology: Volumetric Analyses in the Interpretation
