Biography:

Angelo has over 30 years experience working in optics, with special interest in light sources and light measurement. He is a member of the OSA, SPIE and CORM, and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Angelo holds a BS in Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy, an MS in Optics from the University of Rochester, and an MBA from Plymouth State University. In addition to serving as Director of Systems Engineering at Labspere, Mr. Arecchi is a Professor, teaching courses in the Optical Engineering Programs at both Plymouth State University and University of New Hampshire.
