Leadership is a connection between individuals that is grounded in and
nourished by communication.
Leaders at both the strategic and the operational levels of
organizations must be competent communicators in order to be effective
in their roles. As a leader in your organization, what communication
challenges do you face and how have you dealt with them? The stakes are
high and the time to be at the top of your game is now.

During this highly interactive and informative session, you will explore
key strategies and behaviors which, when put into play, will enhance
both your interpersonal and group communication skills in face-to-face
or
virtual environments and in times of prosperity or challenge. You will
hear how other leaders have successfully overcome communication
challenges and have the chance to share your personal experience. You
will also be invited to begin a personal Leadership Communication Plan.
