of community partners for a special workshop to learn about the new set of
tools and funding options for innovative ideas and businesses enabled by
"crowdsourcing" funding of a new product or service. Upon completion
of the relevant rule making by the SEC, the recently enacted JOBS Act will
allow entrepreneurs to raise up to $1 million in $1,000 increments from a
broad range of interested investors with streamlined registration
requirements.1679 Clearlake Road Cocoa, FL 32922 Brian Meece, co-founder and CEO of RocketHub, one of the world's premier crowdfunding platforms, will provide special insight on this new option for technical entrepreneurs. The program will include a special case study on how to develop a crowdfunding campaign for a local Florida project.
