Our panel will feature the following deeply experienced professionals:

Terry Brennan a Partner with the national law firm of Roetzel & Andress, focuses on advising emerging and established businesses, and investors in those businesses, on entity selection and organization issues, mergers, acquisitions and equity transfer transactions, restructurings and reorganizations, registration and private placement of securities, and financing transactions. Terry will focus his comments on :"Preparing to Meet with an Investor " and will address a number of the basic corporate and intellectual property "housekeeping " activities that are important to conveying an impression of a mature company .

Jim Cross, Managing Partner of the CPA firm Cross, Fernandez & Riley LLP, will focus on providing business leaders insight as to why their financial plan may be as important as the marketing plan. With over thirty-five years of experience as a financial executive and having lead two CPA firms to leadership positions within their markets, Jim will offer important insights on matters that will impact every companies bottom line.

Chris Samulowitz, President of MRC Corp. a national management consulting firm will discuss an aspect of your operations that is essential to every company - developing a marketing process and sales organization that can deliver results. Regardless of your company focus, there are core business development practices that will be essential to your success. Chris will offer insights from a "lessons learned perspective" drawing on his twenty plus years of experience and a client base that ranges across all industries.
