David "Whit" Whitney Whit is a Director at Duncan-Williams, Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Florida College of Engineering, and Managing Director at Energent Ventures, a Gainesville private equity firm which has invested in six Central Florida early stage technology companies. Richard Licursi Richard is a Managing Partner at venVelo, a seed stage venture capital fund located in Winter Park.  venVelo recently closed on new equity funding and invested in flexReceipts, our 3Q 2012 Audience Award winner and Zentila, our 2Q 2012 Judge's Award winner.  Jennifer Dunham Jennifer is a Principal with Arsenal Venture Partners, located in Winter Park.
