(March 14, 2013) The Model 773 is a low-cost, compact, DC input diode driver designed to supply high current pulses to laser diode loads. Output current is 100A with £ 25ms risetime into diode-stacks of 2-5V (up to 3ms pulse width for Er:glass) at an average output power of 1.0W. Performance is guaranteed from -32°C to +55°C.
